WHERE IS THE STORE BASED?

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 
We ship from Portugal and/or China

WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Any product delivered to you that fails to match the description is eligible for a refund. You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed. You can do this by sending us an email at info@getelegante.com. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?
Yes we do! We ship worldwide.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Deliveries can take up to 1 week to 2 months. It depends what you purchased. You can 'CONTACT US' or email info@getelegante.com for specific shipping times.

If you have already ordered, you can track your order by clicking the link in the email you have received from us called "A shipment from order #XXXX is on the way". 

From there you can click the tracking number to see where your package is.

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different parts of China and Hong Kong so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please e-mail us with your name and order number.

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES? 
We are not responsible for any custom fees applicable. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________? 
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays. 

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER? 
Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancelations to your order.
